Special Snowflake

 

 

There are, according to World Population Clock, 8 billion 100 million humans on earth, as of 9/15/23 at 8 am.


How can you be special?  8 billion humans.  Is/are there 8 billion 200 million varieties of human ...

Yet, not everywhere in the world is this idea entrenched as it is in California, and the United States ... a little bit in England, a lot in Canada and that is about it.  I wonder why the rest of the world does not subscribe?  Are they all missing something or are we missing something?

The concept is ridiculous.  The result is catastrophe.  You are inched along by your parents and teachers telling you how special you are and coddling your feelings and needs.  Except the Russians and Germans and Chinese and Japanese and Koreans and ... do not cater to this at all.  It weakens you.  It does not make you better or more productive or more anything except lazy.

We are not productive.  We are not exceptional because we are all told each of us are special.  What we used to believe was that Americans were special ... but that is something distasteful now ... like a mouthful of vinegar.  Telling you that you are special is like a mouthful of sweetener, and very few people grasp how destructive and dangerous it really is.  It also creates in you, a narcissism - that you are unique above all others, and deserve to be given special conditions.  Imagine in 10 years meeting someone - you are a narcissist and so are they, you and they are self absorbed ... and how will that work out?  Do you need a psychic?

All of that is worse than if you took fentanyl and cocaine mixed.  Worse than heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine.  While those concoctions may kill you - the idea of a special snowflake will kill your ambition and drive, it will weaken our resolve, and destroy our commitment to becoming better and stronger.  You take those concoctions - you will die.  You push the special snowflake concept, our country will die.  

Remedy - Global Warming.  No more snowflakes!

And now that the evidence has had time to accumulate, it’s also become clear that the extravagant promises made by anti-smoking groups—that implementing bans would bring about extraordinary improvements in cardiac health—never materialized. Newer, better studies with much larger sample sizes have found little to no correlation between smoking bans and short-term incidence of heart attacks, and certainly nothing remotely close to the 60 percent reduction that was claimed in Helena.
